Founder- Trevon Gross, PhD
Trevon Gross is a pastor, mentor, and visionary leader with over 40 years of ministry experience. He founded the Kings’ Council to empower men to lead with integrity, strength, and faith, inspiring them to fulfill their God-given potential and transform their families and communities. Trevon’s mission extends beyond the church walls through initiatives like Remember My Chains, a ministry dedicated to bringing hope and restoration to those impacted by incarceration.
Trevon is also the author of Convicted: Your Path to TRIUMPH When Life Seems Unfair, a powerful book that equips readers to overcome life’s challenges through faith, resilience, and God’s strength. His insights on biblical leadership, captured in his writing and speaking, continue to inspire transformation and growth.
A pioneer in leadership development, Trevon holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Ecclesial Studies and is the creator of the Agapaic Leadership Model, which emphasizes leading with unconditional love. His unwavering commitment to equipping men for leadership has a global impact.
